Surly T Bag’D Furious IPA Cask Tapping

Join us Friday, March 23 at 5pm for a “happy hour” cask tapping!

We’ve got a one-off cask of Surly Furious “tea-bagged” with centennial hop instead of the usual simcoe. Should be pretty great and super fresh.

We’ll tap it out on the bar and gravity pour until it’s gone.

Hope to see you for a pint!

Thursday, March 8
We’ve finally got our hands on a very special cask and are going to tap it on a very special day for our beer community here in Chicago.

We’ve got a cask of Oak Aged Firestone Walker Double Barrel Ale. And we’re fairly sure it’s the first Firestone Walker cask in the city.

We’ll tap it out on the bar at 3pm so anyone coming out of the Cicerone exam that day, that has taken it recently or even those salty dog long-time cicerones can come by, decompress and share your beer war stories.

Gravity pour until it’s gone. Should be a great night for great beer.

*cicerone exam not required for consumption of cask ale*
